Nominations Now Open: Anti-Slavery Day Awards 2022

The Human Trafficking Foundation holds an annual Awards Ceremony to mark Anti-Slavery Day, supported by Marsh Awards. We recognise both the work of groups or individuals who fight Modern Slavery and human trafficking and the vital work of the media in increasing awareness and understanding of Modern Slavery.

We are delighted to announce that nominations for both Media Categories and Outstanding Contributions to the Fight Against Slavery Categories are now open for 2022. Anyone professionally connected to modern slavery or anyone who benefits from the services a modern slavery organisation provides can send in a nomination.

Nominations should be sent to jasmine@humantraffickingfoundation.org by Monday 1st August 5pm ahead of shortlisting and voting.

Outstanding Contribution Categories

The Marsh Awards for Outstanding Contribution to the Fight Against Slavery aim to recognise the work of individuals and organisations going over and above what is expected. The categories are:

  • Reducing Vulnerabilities (Advocacy Award)

  • Rebuilding Lives (Frontline Award)

  • Empowering Survivor Voices Award

  • Statutory Services Award

We are particularly interested in nominations of individuals and organisations doing fantastic work but who are perhaps not getting the recognition they deserve, including public officials. Each award winner will receive a grant of £1000 from Marsh Awards Trust.

Download the nomination form for more information on the award categories.
